I have now used cheffins for both the purchase and subsequent sale of my house and as letting agent for a rented property. Howard and Mark could not have been more helpful, and their marketing was top notch. They actively organised viewings and mark really sold the property's merits to potential buyers both through his photos and when he showed people around in person resulting in an asking price offer within 5 days of my house going on the market. Since then both he and Howard have been so proactive and kept on top of the entire process liaising with both solicitors and making the whole affair stress free and straightforward. We complete today and I can't thank them enough. In the lettings department Jo and Terry were been incredibly helpful sorting a rented house for myself and my daughter whilst Richard at Ely and Ian in the Cambridge office have been a fantastic help. I couldn't be happier with the service, attitude and expertise of the whole team at Cheffins. In my experience they offer a fantastic service and their team cannot do enough to help. Fantastic.
