xcellent service from a very professional agency. Jo in the lettings office is totally on the ball, I get notifications of any intended inspections, and they always attend at the appointed time and date. I had an electrical issue this weekend and literally 20 minutes after my call to the office an electrician knocked on the door and resolved the problem. 10 out of 10!!

Amazing experience throughout, even during some challenging times. Chris Hancock carried out our valuation and was clearly knowledgable of the area and marketing conditions. He took great time and care with us and explained the whole process as we have never sold before. We sold for a really good price, even more than what other agents had valued the property at. We even bought our new house through Cheffins. We we're struggling to find but it was their team who kept us informed of new properties that may be off interest, without their calls, I don't think we would have even considered the property we know live in. They explained why we should consider the property and we are so grateful they did. The updates after the sale was agreed was also excellent, they kept us informed of developments and what we needed to be doing. We cannot be more thankful for what Cheffins have done for us. We were renting a house through them, We dealt with Harriet Bradshaw—Hughes, she was great from start to finish. We had much better experience with Cheffins than with other agencies in Ely. Harriet was always very professional, very helpful and was replying to all our enquiries pretty much straight away. We were very very happy with the quality of service that we received from Cheffins and we would always choose Cheffins over other agencies in Ely.

What i can say about Cheffins.... All the process to rent a house with them was smother and feels very assisted in the process and even at the end of tenancy as well.
