I have just completed on the sale of my property through Sell Well. I first used their services 3 years ago when purchasing the property and as a result of that service only considered them for the sale. Despite selling during the current situation including 2 lockdowns they have always been responsive and helpful. They managed to arrange 5 viewings all on the same morning, and made sure I was comfortable with the process and managed to secure two offers within 24 hours of the property being listed. Their tireless work in helping to push this over the line was a great help, and brought some much needed reassurance during a stressful time. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and wouldn’t have any doubt about using their services again should I buy in this area in the future.

Sell Well were a great agent from start to finish. Our house sold after the first weekend and the sale went smoothly from there! Communication was great and they chased as much as possible to push the sale through. If I was to ever sell again I would definitley be back in touch with Sell Well and would recommend them to anyone!

I give them ten out of ten. They came and took photos of the property and we had about 14 views booked in the first few days. They phoned me the day before to confirm the appointments. They phoned me with any information they obtained from the solicitors which they thought I would like to here. They chased up the solicitors to keep things moving. I never felt that I was a nuisance and their telephone manner was excellent. I will be pleased to recommend them to my friends in fact anyone who is going to be selling or buying a property.

Think it’s fair to say I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience with SellWell, but would still recommend them as an Estate Agents. Pre-sale was great. Potential buyers were good and my property sold really quickly. After sales went well and I was really happy with the support from most of the team. Was slightly frustrated on the sale day...although the delay getting the keys was not Sell Wells responsibility, I had a relatively sharp call from one of the directors asking when I was going to drop of the keys off. The call wasn’t needed and would have expected them to deal with the situation rather than adding to an already stressful situation. I was also charged an incorrect fee and have had to ask for funds to be returned. I also purchased my property through Sell Well and that has gone through smoothly.

From the first call to viewing to telephone communication SellWell have been outstanding. Every part of the house purchase was smooth, contact with solicitors foolproof. I would use SellWell as a first choice agent again without hesitation 😄

Finally completed on the purchase of our new home with Sell Well.. due to Covid it put a hold on our whole chain for quite some time but Mel and Clair were very patient and helpful throughout. Thank you for your help
