I found Sellwell very helpful. They were my vendors estate agent but helped me a lot more than my own estate agent at times. I would definitely consider using them next time. Thank you ladies :-)

Bought a house through Sell Well in 2020/2021. Mostly dealt with Melanie who was friendly, helpful and polite throughout. She responded quickly to my emails or was very easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. She also put some work into chasing up our solicitor directly, which was a refreshing change from our previous estate agent who only communicated via us! Would definitely recommend and would consider selling with them in future

Their approach to our initial sale enquiry in our opinion far exceeded the interest shown in a couple of other agency enquiries and a comprehensive sales package was produced in the minimum of time for viewing on their website. Numerous enquiries were followed up fully with early opportunities to view given to potential buyers. Throughout the sales procedure we were kept fully informed and any questions which we raised were followed up and answered promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble when dealing with any member of staff. Very much a recommended agency.
