Quite wonderful. I thought estate agents these days were all pretty much the same – take a few pictures, put your house on Rightmove, show a few people round, then get paid when it eventually sells. But, after going with someone else to start with, I've now seen first-hand quite what a massive difference a good one makes. Don't be put off by the 'online' part – Mel and Karen delivered a quite excellent, bespoke, hands-on service from start to finish. Always on the end of the phone, always chasing people on our behalf, always there for advice and help, from the first meeting right through to completion. Regularly checking with everyone involved – estate agents, solicitors, sellers, buyers etc – to make sure everything's progressing as it should. I've dealt with some rubbish estate agents over the past few months. These girls are a breath of fresh air. Genuinely cannot rate them highly enough. Honestly, you'd be mad to go with anyone else – particularly the so-called 'big boys'. Keep up the great work, ladies!

What a great service. Really knowledgeable and diligent staff that ensure the stressful process of moving home becomes seamless. In my case I sold a house using a national online estate agent (that use a celebrity to promote this brand), and bought my new house using SellWellOnline.
