Sell Well were recommended to us which in itself meant a lot. We had five valuations on our property, Karen's was what we felt the most realistic and reflected the work we had put into our house. On top of this their fixed fee was by far the most competitive. Despite a number of the other agents telling us we needed to pay for a professional photographer to get the best out of our house we feel the photographs Karen took showcased our property superbly, and at no extra cost! We were fortunate that the first people to view offered the full asking price within ten minutes of being in the property. From this point though we had a protracted and frustrating conveyancing process. We were fortunate that though that we had Mel and her team to count on to ensure that things kept moving as quick as they could. She really went out of her way to ensure three sets of solicitors were talking to each other and moving things along, no easy task at all. All this was carried out with calmness and professionalism. A superb service from genuine people who really care, would have no hesitation in recommending Sell Well.

The ladies at Sell Well have been fantastic from start to finish and made a very stressful process that bit easier to deal with. A special thanks to Julie who went out of her way one evening when we were out viewing and through going the extra mile helped us find the house of our dreams.
