We owned a house that was tenanted and we were tenants in another property. We were asked to vacate. We decided to sell our house and buy a new one. Before meeting Mel and Karen I had had my house up for sale with several different (well known) estate agents - with no luck and hardly any viewings. With Sell Well I had viewings each week and an offer soon followed. They talked me through the whole process and answered any questions.
