Unfortunately we didnt sell with Sell Well which was a HUGE mistake. They did sell the house for the people we bought the house of though. They helped me more than our estate agents who promised the world (NOT). Purple Bricks were rubbish from beginning to end . I would 100% advise anyone to sell with "SELL WELL"

Very quick to market the property and achieve the sale. Valuer was a delight. Marketing team were responsive resulting in a sale within a week for well over asking. Many viewings were arranged so they achieve good visibility. After offer team were supportive throughout and assist in prompting the solicitors into action. A more appropriate face to face setting might be a good investment moving forward as the office I visited was "round by the bins".

Sell Well have been absolutely amazing helping us to buy our first property. The staff work so hard chasing up everything and respond to emails, calls and any queries very quickly. They've made the process a lot less daunting and kept us updated daily. I can't thank them all enough for their support and would highly recommend them.
