Extremely happy with Mel and her team.I previously had bad experience with other agencies in south Manchester with 0 communication or trying to sell additional services than genuinely helping but sell well are the best agents in Manchester. They are responsive over emails /calls. They helped in negotiating with the price and were excellent in chasing stakeholders regularly and pushing sale on time. It’s a shame that they are not ubiquitous in Manchester and should think about expanding in South/central Manchester as the agents dominating in south Manchester are hopeless.Thanks for playing a huge role in creating positive experience for us.

My house buying journey is over 1 year. I bought my first house through sell well estate agent. I am quite pleased with their service. I booked a last minute additional viewing on my Annual leave. The team arrange my viewing quickly. As I am working full time, difficult to arrange specific date/ time with other estate agents. I have got five star experience. Their response is very quick.
