Then were absolutely brilliant right from start to finish, every member of staff who we dealt with were nice and friendly, and all replied to enquiries very quickly. Mel in particular was brilliant and helped the transaction go smoothly. They were a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time I have used this estate agent and would highly recommend them. They are absolutely brilliant. They work really hard for their extremely reasonable fee, continuously updating you throughout the sale process, from start to finish. I have used a few agents over the years being a landlord and would rate these as my best. Some agents have charged more than twice the amount but do not match the service you get from sellWell.

Melanie and Karen were very personable and helped the whole process. The photographs were excellent for our sale. Throughout the selling process they helped keep the lines of communication open between the solicitors, buyers and sellers. Best estate agents we have used to date!

As a result of her recommendations, the house sold within three days. Melanie has also been very helpful, always liaising with the buyers on our behalf and following up every step of the process, whilst keeping us informed. Would recommend 100%.
