From the moment Steve arrived to do our evaluation we were sure on our choice of estate agents. He came with a full comprehensive report and showed us all relevant information based on properties locally that had been taken to to account to value our property. It was an easy choice to go with SellWell. We had an extremely stressful sale with one buyer pulling out after 9 months. But Clair and the team were amazing and so supportive. They provided us advice, guidance and an ear to moan and cry to when we needed it. Supporting us to the end. Selling and buying a property is the most stressful thing you can do but Clair and all the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend Sell Well to anyone looking to sell their property or buy.
