TLDR; Really impressed with the SellWell team and I would highly recommend them. But read on for the full experience I had with them… I'll be honest, I picked SellWell because they had a house I liked and thought it would be easier to go with the same estate agent as what the house I was going for was also listed on. Plus I had noticed that they always had the good houses on their books. Karen viewed my property, valued it at a price I was happy with and she took some great photos that actually gave me second thoughts about selling as they looked so good! The write up that followed the listing of my property was also great, not sure who in the team wrote it, but it really was articulated well, highlighting the really good features of my property. After a few weeks of it on the market I had plenty of viewings and a couple of offers! And this was in December after the Truss turmoil! So I wasn't expecting much, so I was more than pleased. During this time I was mainly talking to Katie, who was an absolute gem. She was such a pleasure to talk to and felt I could ask her anything while going through the process and giving me feedback on what was said from the viewings. Once I had accepted an offer and I was proceedable, I managed to get an offer accepted on the house I was going for. From this point I mainly spoke to Clair, and what an amazing hard worker she is! Guiding me through the process, helping progress the sale. There was a point where nothing was happening between mine and my buyers solicitors, I didn't realise and neither did my buyer. She spotted there was a communications breakdown between the two and they were both waiting for a response from each other. If Clair didn't take the initiative and do what she did, I think the chain could have collapsed quite early on! She was a life saver! As always with house moves it seems to be when there is pressure from someone almost pulling out that gets it through and the last few weeks of the process was nail biting. Again, Clair chased solicitors, suggested actions I could take and kept the communication going between all parties in the chain. Again, what a superstar! I'm now writing this sat in my conservatory enjoying the view and I have SellWell to thank for it! I'm so appreciative of what the team did for me in perhaps one of the most stressful things you can put yourself through. I will always recommend them. Give them a go today and you won't be disappointed!
