This was a challenging sale due to the buyers solicitors but Mel and the team were great throughout, chasing and driving the sale through. Our viewing of the property we were buying was fab and every question about the property was answered and negotiations were speedy and clearly communicated…Then the whole process once all had been agreed was managed efficiently and professionally by Katie, we were kept upto date every step of the way and Katie managed things so well it meant we never had to chase anything. Even down to managing a chain this was handled with ease and on moving day everything went to plan. Sell Well handled our sale really well, despite a really difficult solicitor at the front of the chain. I built up a great rapport with Katie, who was determined to help us move the sale along as quickly as possible and kept me updated every step of the way. We also had an aborted sale last night so we were in contact with Sell Well for the best part of a year and they found a buyer who offered a great price on the house we were selling.
