Sellwell achieved in 4 days what our previous agents failed to do in 4 months, sell our very marketable home. After that, this is when the 0.75% fee becomes worth it, you certainly "pay for what you get". Mel and her fantastic team had to deal with a complicated chain where two parties used online Agents and a certain firm of "budget" solicitors - all to save money but have a lack of communication, accountability and responsiveness. Mel and the Sellwell team professionally kept all things moving whilst other parties were in cuckoo land dreaming of moving dates - even when their legal teams hadn't even completed their enquiries. Sell Well Estate Agents dealt with my recent house purchase. To say it must have been the purchase from hell is an understatement.
