Sellwell achieved in 4 days what our previous agents failed to do in 4 months, sell our very marketable home. After that, this is when the 0.75% fee becomes worth it, you certainly "pay for what you get". Mel and her fantastic team had to deal with a complicated chain where two parties used online Agents and a certain firm of "budget" solicitors - all to save money but have a lack of communication, accountability and responsiveness. Mel and the Sellwell team professionally kept all things moving whilst other parties were in cuckoo land dreaming of moving dates - even when their legal teams hadn't even completed their enquiries.
