Myself and my husband have recently purchased our first house and had no idea about how the process worked. From day one, we’ve noticed that they offer a personalised, bespoke approach to house buying. Unlike the big name estate agents, both Melanie and Karen helped us during every step of the way, even after purchase, they were happy to answer any queries. While the purchase was ongoing, they were able to resolve many issues (as the two solicitors were having a tug of war, which Melanie had to intervene, in order to get things sorted).
