A five star estate agent, without a doubt! Our first encounter of Sell Well Online was when we were looking for a house in Manchester. From day one, we’ve noticed that they offer a personalised, bespoke approach to house buying. Unlike the big name estate agents, both Melanie and Karen helped us during every step of the way, even after purchase, they were happy to answer any queries. While the purchase was ongoing, they were able to resolve many issues (as the two solicitors were having a tug of war, which Melanie had to intervene, in order to get things sorted). They were extremely resourceful in finding us other contacts such as Damp proofing specialists, letting agents etc (who were also excellent). Both of these ladies have never hesitated or acted as if we were a pain, with all the questions that we’ve put across to them. I would absolutely give them a 5 star rating as an estate agent who would walk that extra mile, while offering a personalised approach in getting the customer what they actually need.
