You often hear about agents acting only for the benefit of the seller and usually are not particularly helpful or responsive to the buyers but Mel at Sell Well Online went above and beyond in our opinion answering questions and queries and chasing things up when necessary. Before meeting Mel and Karen I had had my house up for sale with several different (well known) estate agents - with no luck and hardly any viewings.
