My girlfriend Reviews : Umega nicest letting agency Edinburgh full suport
My girlfriend and I let a property in Newington from Umega and they’re by far the nicest letting agency we’ve dealt with. Seem happy to go above and beyond sorting out things relating to mail, utilities and all sorts of other stuff that my previous letting agents wouldn’t dream of!

Recommended Umega Letting Agents- Money to come off my rent without me knowing
Moved my properties over to Umega Lettings c4 years ago and havn’t looked back. I was used to having to chase up 3-4 times for an answer and for money to come off my rent without me knowing. Much, much better from Umega who seem to have cracked it!

I would recommend Umega-so I feel happy
I would recommend Umega. They manage my property in Quartermile and deal with all maintenance and tenant issues promptly. They found tenants quickly and kept me informed throughout so I feel happy to have them at my side.

Fantastic job 100% recommended
Umega manage my flat in Dalry and have done a fantastic job of keeping it occupied and handling a kitchen refurbishment and some minor repairs on my behalf. Always quick to pick up the phone and keep me in the loop over email I’m pleased with how things are going.

100% Recommended Quality Letting agents with a highly professional approach
Umega Lettings rent out our 5 bedroom property in Marchmont and have done a great job of keeping it full over the past 5 years or so. I don’t have to give the flat much thought as I know Umega take care of everything and will let me know if they need anything.

Umega property
I’ve been living in a Umega property for the past 2.5 years and have always found them to be polite and responsive. I had a couple of issues with mice and my boiler losing pressure but my property manager was really quick to help out and sort things. Thank you

Professional Deal
I rented a property that Umega lettings managed for a landlord who lives abroad. They are very professional to deal with while still being approachable. I never feel like they’re taking advantage of me, unlike some letting agencies out there, and if they say they’re going to do something they do it! I would definitely recommend.
