We have had a good experience with Millie Forrest from Umega Lettings. She has been friendly, helpful and proactive. Millie has been great to work with.

Overall had a decent experience renting with Umega. A special thank you to Nora, our property manager who was very helpful when we were moving out, and who went out of her way to return a house key to me which I had accidentally returned along with the keys of the property when leaving.

In general we've had a nice experience with Umega and most of the team have been friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a difficult time moving in as there were many issues with the flat and the inventory wasn't accurate (hence the 4 stars). However, the issues were quickly solved and since then they have always been helpful and responded fast to any issues. We are especially happy with our new property manager Ioni who has been great.

Umega has been really helpful in letting my car park space. I've worked with a few people, most recently Krystian. They were incredibly open to my feedback on the contract and requirements for a leasee, and were always pleasant and helpful. Very happy with them!

Umega have been reliable and helpful! It's nice knowing there is someone there looking after the property , if something does arise they are there to help find solutions with tradesmen etc , although mostly has been smooth running without many problems to deal.with

I spoke to Chris multiple times on the phone throughout the process of securing our property; he was always helpful, kind and reassuring. I also appreciated the clear and straightforward emails that I received from Yazmin. The only disappointing part of the process was that we were not allowed to store items in the storage room of the flat prior to assuming the lease, despite having the consent of the current tenants to do so. I appreciate that the inventory list had to be carried out. However, the procedure is inconvenient for students and resulted in further expenses. Despite this, my overall experience with Umega thus far has been positive.

Been renting with Umega almost two years and overall the experience has been pretty positive. I’ve had a few issues with the flat lately and since taking over as property manager, Courtney has been really responsive and great in getting contractors out and following up. I had a wonderful experience renting through Umega Letting Agency. They were professional and responsive, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. Especially, our portfolio manager Courtney, she is very helpful and hardworking.

The team is good and provides assistance when required. Sometimes repairs take a bit longer than desired but it is probably due to the high number of properties they manage. Overall, very happy with the service provided by Umega, in particular by Abby Norman.
