Customer Service at its very best. I have found staff to be extremely helpful, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. The various sections work fluidly as a team, handovers are clearly signposted, and I was provided with a named contact at each stage of the process. They genuinely care about providing a high standard of care and support. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Struggled to find an apartment when I moved into Edinburgh. Was a very easy and straightforward experience with Umega and I found an excellent place in the middle of the city in the first meeting. The property that I stayed in was in pristine condition when I moved in and had all the amenities including utensils, cutlery, steam iron, microwave, toaster, kettle just to name a few and even a hair dryer! Everything in the apartment was premium quality. Moving out of the flat was also well managed and Shona really made moving out an easier process with all the support! Definitely one of the top letting agencies I have come across.
