Last week I had a panic attack when the thumb turner fell of from inside my flat and I couldn't get out. I reached out to Ben right away and was so pleased at how quickly he responded and got in touch with a locksmith who then appeared within the hour and a half! So by 11am everything was sorted! so a massive thank you to ben and to the locksmith :)

Let a flat through UMEGA for 2 years while studing at uni. I always had a timley response to any questions I had. Eleonora was very helpful with the enitre end of tenancy and check out process. Overall enjoyed compared to another letting agencies I have used.

They also gave clear advice and instructions for me even at times with the language barrier. They kindly spoke to my support worker on many occasions when it became difficult to move forward. They showed sensitivity and empathy to my case knowing that I needed to feel safe with my daughter in my home. They were patient waiting 2 months for UC to make a decision about my housing benefit and I will always be grateful for this.
