We just bought our new house through Verity Frearson. We were in the middle of a long chain which caused it's complications but on the day of completion Josh went above and beyond chasing up with solicitors and even offering to drive over with the keys due to issues with the removals team as completion happened so late ( with just 10 mins to spare before 5pm!!).
