Grant Richie came out to do my first inspection for my flat and he was very approachable and friendly he also took my phone and put the app on for me aswell as listening to my moans about the previous company that tried to look after the property. He took note of everything I said and I confidence he will carry out what he says..

They also gave clear advice and instructions for me even at times with the language barrier. They kindly spoke to my support worker on many occasions when it became difficult to move forward. They showed sensitivity and empathy to my case knowing that I needed to feel safe with my daughter in my home. They were patient waiting 2 months for UC to make a decision about my housing benefit and I will always be grateful for this.

I've not had any issues with Umega. Helpful and prompt service if I have had any issues with flat or surrounding area.
