Emily was fantastic to deal with throughout the process of viewing a property, through to receiving an offer to let it. We were offered another apartment which slightly better suited our needs so didn't take this one through Umega in the end. Emily was very understanding of this, despite the time and trouble she and the landlord took to on our application not resulting in us letting the property.
