I opened a shop far from where I used to live, I tried many agencies near the shop to move closer I had to commute over an hour every morning to go to work but no one was ready to help, but Jonathan at Saltouns, helped me a lot and found me a nice house in a nice area. I can’t thank Jonathan and Saltouns enough for that. They are really responsive and respectful.

I have been a tenant with The Flat Company for a while now and Kerr has always been very thoughtful and helpful in this time- Especially with my current flatmate moving out and another moving in. I especially like their online platform for reporting a maintenance issue which is a lot less stress than the usual procedure. They are always to hand to get straight back to you to try to resolve your issue, whatever it is ☺️ I would say TFC are definitely one of the best agencies to look for when searching for a flat in Edinburgh. Well looked after !

During my 2 year tenancy I have found Jonathan Dobbie and Saltouns to operate a highly customer orientated professional organisation, where courtesy and quality service are foremost. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Saltouns was great from the beginning to the end. I am particularly grateful to the property manager Mr Jonathan Dobbie for being so cooperative and responsive. All steps were clear and easy starting from moving in, maintenance issues, and sorting out the deposit. I definitely recommend this letting agent.

Having rented out via Saltouns for over 5 years, I would like to commend this team for all they have done for me. From going over and above from helping me get started after my arrangement with the previous agents fell into difficulty, to managing long standing and well suited tenancies, Lee and the team have consistently made the process almost seamless. In the 10 years Saltouns have managed my property I haven’t had a single issue with them. Anytime there has been an issue at the property they have been quick to communicate it with me and then sort the problem out.
