I have been a tenant with The Flat Company for a while now and Kerr has always been very thoughtful and helpful in this time- Especially with my current flatmate moving out and another moving in. I especially like their online platform for reporting a maintenance issue which is a lot less stress than the usual procedure. They are always to hand to get straight back to you to try to resolve your issue, whatever it is ☺️ I would say TFC are definitely one of the best agencies to look for when searching for a flat in Edinburgh.
