Great service from the team at Edinburgh Letting centre. The staff are very helpful and I was specifically helped by Alex. If I ever have an issue, I can count on him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the ELC to friends and family.

Great experience so far as tenants in a property managed by ELC. Alex in particular is really responsive via email, and has managed to help sort through a sticky situation with our building's factors, as well as sort out a leaky bathroom basin and a broken washing machine a few days out from Christmas. ELC's repair request system is also really well done and works flawlessly. Overall, really impressed so far, especially compared to the last couple agents we've had in the same property. From a tenant perspective, top-notch!

My husband and I have been struggling to find a property since we are new in the country. We have been to a lot of agency but they will not accommodate us because we don’t have previous let reference, even though we can afford to pay for the rent and can provide a guarantor. It was stressful on our part because we are new and how can we provide them a previous let reference if we just came to the country with no let experience?! Good thing! We came a cross to this beautiful property managed by ELC. Tom who is very kind and extremely helpful and to add he is responsive every step of the way. He is the reason why we are not homeless. Kidding aside. We were thankful to him because he expedited our application and was able to secure the flat in just a week so we could move in immediately because staying in a hotel is so expensive. So from tenant’s perspective, I must say ELC is the best letting agent anyone could have and agent Tom will give you 5* luxury experience and treatment. Any issues was dealt with very promptly. Forever thankful!

ELC are great. The team is friendly. I like the system they have in place for repairs. It is easy to report any required repairs and people come in to fix them pretty much the next day.

Really great company to work with, professional and helpful staff. Fast response in reporting any damages or issues as well as an easy process of moving in/out of our flat. My flatmate and I also appreciated how patient and understanding our primary agent Alex was (and the others!) due to us being students. Would recommend.
