Alex was very helpful with advice prior to letting and helping me to ensure all the safety certificates were in place and the flat ready to rent. I was also impressed with their contractors, some of whom I met while preparing the flat for rent. Any repairs needed have been quickly organised. Overall they have made the letting process very smooth and I'm very happy that I chose to let with ELC.

ELC have been a great letting agency in the 2.5 years I have been in one of their properties, very communicative compared to my previous agencies, and Fraser is incredibly professional and pleasant as a property manager. They have also been incredibly helpful when it comes to any repairs, and also when answering questions coming from someone who hasn't lived on their own/in a flat before.
