I have been very happy with the service that ELC have provided me over the last 5 years which has taken away much of the potential worry of managing a property at a distance. They have always given me good and timely advice on all the statutory requirements for a landlord and have alerted me promptly to any repairs or other works which they have resolved with my tenants efficiently and courteously. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly and appropriately. Any changes in tenants have been managed well and their processes of vetting potential applicants have been thorough and effective. The staff have been a pleasure to interact with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends seeking a letting agent.

ELC are a very professional letting agency. The team take care of all necessary testing to ensure my property is meeting standards required by law. Tenants are properly checked before a lease is signed and rent is paid on time. Equally , if the tenant has any concerns regarding the property, the agency respond quickly to solve any issues. The staff are great and work really well together. They get my vote as a really competent letting agency.
