Marta took the time to understand our criteria, discuss what we absolutely wanted (location, number of rooms, etc.), and what we were willing to compromise on. This gave us the impression that Marta truly listened to us and tailored her suggestions accordingly, thus establishing a real bond of trust. Subsequently, we realised that Marta was very thorough and provided excellent follow-up on our search, always finding a way to be responsive and precise. All in all, an excellent experience.

I recently sold my house through tristam’s and I must give them credit for how straight forward and stress free my experience was. My first encounter with tristams was when Liam attended to provide a valuation, he was very friendly and thorough, he gave me a full explanation as to what properties in this area are likely to achieve and what can increase their likability and entice a potential buyer. Matthew then attended to take photographs of our home again he was super friendly and polite. There was minimal disruption during his visit i barely knew he was there which was very much appreciated considering we have a new born baby 😊 Upon Matthew’s arrival he asked if it was okay to adjust blinds and curtains to capture the best sunlight and move any items to avoid the room looking cluttered if needed. To which I was more than happy for him to do. Finally I would like to give a shout out to Talia and Marta for arranging all of the viewing. Especially to Marta for attending our home for some of those viewings to help support with showing potential buyers round and answering any questions they had. I think the fact you communicate via WhatsApp makes everything a lot easier. I was able to provide my availability and discuss dates and times for viewings with ease.
