I rent a property through Benjamin Stevens and have found it very easy to deal with them. The staff are very helpful. I mainly deal with Louisa and Andrea, and they are both very helpful, deal with any queries efficiently and have always manged to solves any issues I have had. I am a satisfied renter!

I have used Benjamin Stevens estate agents for letting a flat I have in Edgware for over 10 years and found them to be very helpful and professional. During the time they have kept me updated with the legal changes in letting property. All the staff are very polite and always get back to you if you leave a message. I would highly recommend Steven at Benjamin Stevens. He is always striving to improve the agency and find ways of helping Vendors achieve the highest net price for their biggest tax free asset as well as helping Landlords maximise their investment.
