Very poor communication. Went to view a property, and submit my offer. and then no respond at all for 4 days then i found out it has been let.

Poor communication - do not return calls for days and days on end. When you do finally get to speak to the 'right' person, the attitude is so poor and unprofessional! If I were the Vendor selling the house I was after viewing, I would be extremely disappointed with the 'service' this agent is offering.

Awful!!!!!!! Rang twice to see a house in Edgware and NO-ONE called us back. All I can say is poor vendor.

Benjamin Stevens has managed my property for number of years and they have disappointed me time after time. Rental Department: 1. In 2017, they have failed to collect the mail box key back from tenants and only realised it after I emailed them but it was too late as the deposit was refunded to tenants. 2. I have given them 3 set of keys and they have lost one! Second times since the mail box key! Please see how Louisa denied their responsibilities below. Louisa: “ I can see that we had 2 sets of keys and that at one point we had 1 set of keys in our office, and the other set was with the occupying Tenants.When we moved in the last Tenants, they required another set of keys and so we handed them our office set, and we no longer have a set here” They handed the additional set of key to tenants without telling me the landlord and failed to deduct cost for the lost key from tenant’s deposit. 3. They deducted full cleaning fee all the time but the house had never been cleaned professionally. I have uploaded a recent picture for your reference about Benjamin Stevens cleaning standard. Sales department: They’ve been trying to sell my flat for the past 12 weeks. Apart from few viewings nothing else happened and keep telling me because of the price! And I am telling you it is not true! How can an agent selling a property with pictures from 2014! And the new bathroom wasn’t even included until last week. Trying to tell them but they don’t seem to care at all! Poor Service. After all these poor services and irresponsible service, I decided to get my key back and have enough of it! But guess they got even better. The staff have returned me a wrong set of keys back to me! When I told him he even questioned me! My personal opinion for Benjamin Stevens Edgware – One word “Don’t”. Don’t even think and there are many other agent doing a much better job than them! I don’t normally leave review but they made an exceptional for me! Thank you for reading!

Had my property to let for over 2 months (Normally my flat never stays vacant for more than 2 weeks). Haven't found anyone yet and they keep pressuring you to reduce the asking price. Asked the guy i was dealing to call me back as he was in a meeting that day. Must of been a long meeting because 3 weeks later im still waiting. Much better agents out there, in fact now a days you can advertise for free on open rent which will be better than these guys.

The cheeky agency demand a holding deposit from whoever makes an offer on a property, and whoever pays a little extra tip gets to win. They then refund the deposit to the other candidates
