Genuinely the worst lettings agency I’ve ever had the experience of going through. No/poor communication and you have to continually chase making me feel as though I had to do their job for them. This also seems to be a systemic issue spanning years, no matter the staff, so think hard before engaging with them. A lot of them are seriously incompetent. Please as a tenant and a landlord, do not even bother with this cuttings agent. Tenants specifically, I would advise that you use ANY other agency within Nottingham or go to the landlord direct if possible. Check out other low star reviews here as they've had a similar experience, and on Tristrams Student Lettings, which has an even lower average. As soon as I gave this review they reached out to others to give positive reviews in order to bury this one but all I have written here is the truth. The company ask for reviews before you even apply and they put you in very awkward position not to leave a review. UPDATE: continually reaching out to others to provide good reviews for a service that they themselves know is extremely poor. Engage at your own peril.
