Excellent service. I used David Evans years ago to buy my 1st property, the process was made very easy. I've also recently let my property through them too. The service was fantastic. Just want to say a big thank you to David Evans Estate Agents, particularly to Steven, who was great at answering questions, really helpful and an all round nice and genuine guy! Out of all the agents we spoke to they were the best at keeping in touch, letting us know when properties were coming online before going online and actually felt like they cared. We didn't manage to find through them in the end but not from lack of trying! I would definitely recommend them and know that you are in good hands. Thank you.

I was 100% satisfied with David Evans Estate Agents. They gave honest market information for both present and future trends. As i was three hours travel away from the property being sold, they consistently "went the extra mile" to visit the property and resolve ongoing issues and problems. Absolutely brilliant, so helpful and kind. As I live in Bournemouth, I wasn't able to do little tasks, David Evans staff popped into the house to do some of the tasks for me. I can't Thank them enough. Highly recommend

We have a rented property through David Evans and I recently phoned them due to waking up to no hot water and heating. I had a call back a couple of minutes later letting me know someone was on their way from the agency. About 30mins later, John was there, he fixed the issue and helped us should it happen again! Amazingly quick response and extremely grateful! Thank you John and David Evans!
