Just want to say a big thank you to David Evans Estate Agents, particularly to Steven, who was great at answering questions, really helpful and an all round nice and genuine guy! Out of all the agents we spoke to they were the best at keeping in touch, letting us know when properties were coming online before going online and actually felt like they cared.
