He worked tirelessly to sell my daughter's flat, despite the vendor's solicitor being inefficient, occasionally unapproachable and extremely slow. I fully recommend this company for anyone considering selling or buying a property. If you want honest feedback and only told things that are true this is your agent. I have used their services 5 years ago when I moved to Eastleigh and it was such a nice surprise to see the same members of staff when I went to sell and buy this year. Unlike other agents that have a much higher turn over of staff. They supported my family and myself through what is one of the most stressful events and understood the additional issues with health and disability my family face and why certain requirements were needed in our next home. Would definitley reccomend David Evans. From the start the whole team have been amazing. Organizing the marketing and viewings of the house, Mark and the team were amazing. Set realistic expectations, house was on the market promptly, they were proactively getting as many viewings as they can, updated after each viewing so we knew how it went. Once we found a buyer, Jonathan and the team were incredible. Chasing solicitors up until everything was complete, gave updates as to where we are in the process and any other information they had. Cannot thank Jonathan enough for his hard work.
