Outstanding service from start to finish

I initially got Aston Fox around for a valuation with no real intention to see, Matthew Sayer attended my property and to be honest I was so impressed with his knowledge and experience let alone the price that they valued my house for that I went ahead there and then, it was the best decision I could have made, they carried out an openeday which was a great way to sell my property, the offers cam in exactly as they said they would and it was sold sale by tender. Which was great and I didn’t have to pay a fee which was the iceing on the cake. Chris, Adrian and bill where all excellent on the open day and all very knowledgable about the area. The after sale service has been excellent and they even chained up and down the chain to make sure everything was in order throughout the whole process. I have bought an sold a few houses now, but until I met Aston Fox didn’t really have any confidence in estate agents, these guys are superb from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If your selling call these guys, you won’t be disappointed!
