Recently sold our property with Parkers - what a great experience! After 50 viewings, our chain had fallen through with another local agent, who was incapable of finding suitable buyers. Parkers were far more focused, understanding exactly what sort of buyers the house would appeal to, setting up fewer but more targeted viewings, leading to a quicker and more reliable offer. Harry, Callum and Ryan did a great job during the marketing and viewing period. Emma then ensured that information flowed up and down the chain, keeping our buyer on board during a lengthy conveyancing period. Having also dealt with many other (often unscrupulous) agents as a buyers, we would not recommend any of them, but would definitely use Parkers again.

Superb people to deal with, showed an in-depth knowledge of the local market before moving onto the next stages of my sale. Harry Toop and his team were excellent in organising the viewings etc and Emma George did an amazing job for the sale progression of my property which really wasn't an easy task.
