OUTSTANDING COMPANY

After 4 months with another agent we decided to go on with Deakin White.What a GREAT DECISION 😊👍Tayler we met first, he was so friendly and put us at ease...they have been faultless and though it'd only been up with them for 3 weeks were already on our 4th viewing! Sarah who does our views is FANTASTIC She goes above and beyond.She made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities to sell our property. She is bubbly professional and has a real talent for showing youre home off to the best .She is so enthusiastic and I've never met an estate agent quite as good.So hats off to Deakin White and I've a feeling we shall be sold very soon.Claire

sale of house

Extremely efficient and helpful staff . Original valuation was explained and no hard sell. which was a very pleasant surprise after the other agents I had in . I was sent details of all viewings and given feedback on each visit . House sold very quickly , and the service and help from Emma was wonderful . I was constantly informed of the progress and saw many chasing emails for updates from solicitors etc . Cannot thank this team enough . My house sale was done in probate due to the death of my mother , but the friendliness and professionalism of this team made this so much easier for me . Thankyou . I would definitely recommend Deakin White for any house sale , and would use again

Excellent

I would recommend Deakin-White to anyone looking to sell their property. I had the right buyer within a week of putting my house on the market. Sam was extremely professional and made sure I had the right buyer in place for the timescale I had to sell my property. Sam seemed to work all hours to ensure my sale went through. My sale was then given to Emma, who went over and above to ensure my sale was completed. Both Emma and Sam worked very hard and Deakin-White are very lucky to have these people working for them. Excellent service

Outstanding service - professional, courteous and super helpful

I recently sold my property in Dunstable, it was a grade II listed building with leasehold - so not an easy one to sell but Deakin-White took care of the process from start to finish. Unfortunately my conveyancer was terrible and the process took five long months, but it really made me appreciate how vital having good estate agent is. Deakin-White were always keeping me updated, they were advising me on many occasions when the conveyancer wasn't, they were chasing up papers and information etc that the conveyancer wasn't and they were always available to talk and help solve issues. It was my first time selling a property so i feel very fortunate indeed that i had Deakin-White to help guide me through the process. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service

I have recently purchased my property through Deakin White. After initially being nervous about the whole process, I was delighted when the team here made the transition both smooth and efficient. Communication from the staff was second to none and throughout they was very supportive and flexible. I would highly recommend Deakin White to any potential buyer and if I was in the situation again I wouldn't think twice about contacting this team.

Best estate agents in local area.

We have just moved & sold our house through Deakin-White. Josh was superb and such a lovely young man, he always kept me up to date with everything that was happening and was extremely professional. What a great guy, he was always on time to show prospective buyers around our home and was always respectful. Once we sold, we dealt with Emma and she was brilliant and always contactable. She was extremely proactive and gave excellent advice about the process of buying and selling a house. We were in excellent hands with Deakin-White and would highly recommend to anyone who is selling their home.

Excellent support and a job really well done. Couldn't ask for more.

From the original meeting with Sam to organised the survey and quote, the advertising and home visits from prospective buyers overseen by Josh, the selling process moved smoothly and effortlessly. During the conveyancing process Emma kept everyone in the loop, so at no time did I feel in the dark. I am very grateful to Deakin-White for making the whole selling process so effortless and smooth. Supportive service

With all the challenges of buying and selling we were extremely grateful for the support Emma gave with the purchase of our new house. The sellers' solicitor did not appear to be organised and through numerous telephone calls and emails she managed to steer the sale through for us. Thank you

Brilliant

My husband and I purchased a property from Deakin and white and the service we had was amazing.. They were always quick and efficient to answer emails, return calls and answer any questions. We were kept up to date on a regular basis. Overall we are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them and would use them in the future.
