House sale

From the moment Sam came round to value , I was very impressed , having moved numerous times in the last ten years I thought I knew a lot about estate agents , but they really are in a league of their own. The flat sold in 5 hrs for the asking price. Then amanda from the after sales team took over emailing updates every week about everyone in the chain, chasing the solicitors and regularly informing us. We purchased a house at the same time through another agent who were a shambles from trying to make an offer to obtaining the key on moving in day and in between we heard Absolutly nothing from them, they could do with a day at the Deakin White training school for estate agents. As I said they are out there on their own.

House sale

A refreshing approach to estate agency where it really is all about you!

Dealin-White have a clear goal to offer a personal service and stand out to the rest of the estate agency world. I can certainly say my experience is perfectly aligned to that strategy and although I have not moved for a number of years it has been so refreshing to work with a team who really deliver on what they promise. They are extremely easy to work with and really do go out of their way to support you through the challenges of selling and buying when you have a challenging chain. Every member of the team lives and breathes their values. They really are there for you and not just another sale to drive commission. I can not recommend Deakin-White enough. We have relocated to just outside Chester but if we ever sell again I will be using Deakin-White with a long distance sale! Thank you once again to all the team and in particular Amanda Wright who pushed hard and drove both the other agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure we could complete.

Best Agent in Dunstable!

I would just like to thank the amazing team at Deakin-White for helping with the purchase of our house. We had seen properties with other agencies and had been messed around and dissapointed. We saw 3 properties with Josh from Deakin-White and knew we would buy through him, decided to offer on a lovely 3 bed semi-detached house which had potential to extend. The price was agreed and in a few days we was up and running with our solicitors instructed. We just completed last Friday after a couple of months and we went to the new office and was gifted a bottle of champagne when we picked up the keys which was a great way to start the weekend! Thanks guys you are Awesome God Bless you all at Deakin-White.

Excellent Service

We went on the Hosuing Market with Deakin & White in September 2016 from the time we met with Ed from the company who was very honest & upfront about the selling of our property right through to Josh, who brought clients round for viewing to Christine who answer our phone calls & not forgetting Amanda who seen our sale through & was always on hand when needed Deaking & White advertised our property in Luton as well as the London Area we had at least up to 10 viewing a week I would highly recommend Deakin & White to my family & friends this is a family run Estate Agents very professional, & more importantly very caring towards their clients Kind Regards Mr E Bennie

Exceptional Service!

After recently completing the sale of my property, I would just like to thank all the team at Deakin-White for the exceptional service they provided me with during which was at times extremely stressful! They truly are an outstanding team and provide a first class service from start to finish. They were always at the end of the phone to discuss any concerns that I had and their sales progression and professionalism is outstanding. I would definitely recommend using Deakin-White to anyone who was thinking about buying or selling their home, I certainly wouldn't ever use anyone else!! 5 Star Service.

I would just like to thank the amazing team at Deakin-White for helping with my sale and purchase. Josh was friendly, polite and always smiling. A credit to this agency!! As for Amanda, she knows her stuff! She has been with me every step of the way with my journey and I don't think it would have happened without her!! If anything needed chasing down she was always 2 steps ahead! Will miss our weekly/daily calls and emails but after a long 7 months we have finally got the house of our dreams.

Professional, helpful and pro-active service.

Great service and good communication from initial contact/valuation through to completion. Throughout the process we were kept up date on progress with regular updates. Amanda was very pro-active, chasing up other parties when necessary. Overall, we were impressed, and would certainly not hesitate to recommend Deakin White to anyone else.

The best business in town!

Deakin-White are simply the best business in Dunstable! I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their approach to estate agency is refreshing and effective. No suits and ties, no slimy salesmen, no hard sell. Ed, Sam, Josh, Anna and Amanda were all incredible at their jobs from start to finish. They were friendly, approachable and a million times more pro-active than any agent I've ever dealt with. On completion day we were in our new home by midday! I also admire their genuine interest and investment in their local community. They sponsor a local charity event that I'm involved in and their generosity has made an incredible difference to what our branch (Dunstable & District NCT) can achieve. Thank you to everyone at Deakin-White!

Excellent customer service, keeping us informed, stress-free moving experience

Great service from start to finish. Keeping us informed on every viewing, weekly updates on the progress of our entire chain and a visit on moving day with our goodie bag! Deakin White helped to make our move stress-free and I can really recommend for buying or selling :)
