Super Fast Hassle Free and Very Impressive Service

Excellent agents
I bought my flat in Dunstable 3 months ago with Deakin-White and was very happy & impressed with their service. It had been a long haul, as due to 2 sales falling through elsewhere in the chain, it had taken 7 months from having my offer accepted! However Ed & the team worked very hard to secure subsequent sales and push through to completion and he personally ensured I was kept up to date on progress on a weekly basis by email. and answered any questions. The team are friendly, professional, conscientious and very competent and instill a sense of "going the extra mile" for the client, as well as integrity, which is not always evident with other agents. Altogether I was very satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them...in fact I already have to a friend who is thinking of selling her house. :)

Excellent proactive customer service provided. Highly recommended
Deakin White dealt with both our sale and purchase and I couldn't fault them. They replied to emails, texts and phone calls really quickly and honestly. They chased up solicitors without being asked and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the sale and purchase completed. Excellent local estate agent who also support local schools & provide a very handy goodies bag on moving in day. I would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

They are Fantastic
These guys are fantastic they are such hard workers,they will always show people around your house when suits you and never expects you to do a viewing.they will txt you and email you through every viewing and give you feed back.

Totally fantastic, professional and friendly service
Ed was the best estate agent we've ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and kept informed at all times. We had a huge problem with our property we were purchasing and their agent didn't want to know really but Ed chased the whole chain and kept everyone happy and informed. Well worth his money and thoroughly deserve to do well. Would recommend them to everyone I know and would definitely use them again for any future move.

Quick reliable service
A quick reliable service from a local friendly agent who has sound local knowledge of both the housing market and the key target market. The process was quick and easy as were the timescales of selling right through to completion. I signed up one day and had a buyer the next - everything progressed quickly without any delays or issues. It was the first property I sold and glad it was a pain free experience where I sold super quickly too.
