Right from the start I felt very comfortable and positive about Meyers and as it turned out, they really had a challenging sale ahead of them. I lost 2 cash buyers and ended up in a long chain of 8+ but Claire guided me through all this, kept me sane and I felt was always there for me. Any questions were always answered promptly, I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and it wasn't just in the usual business hours that other agents work. I used Meyers estate agents back in 2023, after a death and selling a property as part of probate. Claire was fatastic and friendly, with great communication and easily reachable. Had a sale fall through, but sold easily after that at the time the interest rates sky rocketed and there was alot of uncertainty in the market. I also spoke with Richard who was also helpful. They put us intouch with conveyance solicitors who were both brilliant and affordable. I realy do recommend them for the local purbeck area.

Claire and Nikki were absolutely brilliant when we purchased our house through Meyers. As is often the case with conveyancers and long chains(!), it all got a bit stressful towards the end, but Claire was a force of nature, contacting solicitors up and down the chain to ensure it all went through on time for us. If we are looking to sell in the future then we'll definitely be coming to Meyers to market the property for us.
