Had a sale fall through, but sold easily after that at the time the interest rates sky rocketed and there was alot of uncertainty in the market. I also spoke with Richard who was also helpful. They put us intouch with conveyance solicitors who were both brilliant and affordable. I realy do recommend them for the local purbeck area.
