We bought a new house from CJHole in Downend and I cannot rate the experience highly enough. From Molly-May and Alex on the sales team, to Dianne and Lucy in sales progression, they demonstrated a professional and can-do attitude throughout the whole team . I have been contracting as a Locksmith for CJ Hole for the last 2 years and have always found them to be fast, reliable and up front with any issues that they have needed me for. Landlords and tenants alike require access and security from their rental property and CJ Hole have always made this of paramount importance, which is evidenced in how quickly they get in touch whenever there is an issue with one of their properties. All incredibly friendly and polite with zero pressure at any time. They also went beyond when I got stressed with the house being completed by a certain time. We purchased our house through CJ Hole Downend. From the viewing right through to the completion date they were amazing. At the Viewing, Alex never rushed us round, he gave us around half an hour to look around, was prepared with all the answers to questions before we even asked them. I have never experienced this with an agent before, it was a pleasant change. We had an awkward time selling our house, but people like Dianne and Lucy worked so hard to find out what was going on, and keep us updated (even though we should have found out these things from other people!). All round great experience purchasing a house through these guys.

I just purchased a property that was listed with CJ Hole and I could not fault them. They were quick to respond, dealt with any problems and were generally wonderful to work with. Having had some really awful experiences with other estate agents in Downend and Emersons Green, CJ Hole was a really refreshing change.
