Excellent service from the team in Downend. We sold and bought though CJHole. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The only stressful part was our buyers solicitor who could have been a lot more accommodating but Lucy was absolutely brilliant dealing with the situation. Well done Paul, David, Molly May and of course the wonderful Lucy .We would totally recommend using CJHOLE

I couldn't recommend CJ Hole enough, throughout the whole process they were so understanding, supportive and kind. In the time I was looking for a property, I came across a few other estate agencies in Bristol, I was extremely shocked at their level of customer service. CJ Hole stood out as the absolute best ! Purchasing a property marketed by CJ Hole Downend. Molly-May managed the initial viewing and sale. Molly-May was always prompt, knowledgeable on the property and supported further viewings when needed prior to exchange. Lucy managed the post-sale process and was amazing, she frequently chased the seller’s solicitors, kept me informed and worked tirelessly to ensure the sale progressed. Without Lucy’s work the sale would not have completed prior to the change in Land Tax at the end of June which could have jeopardised the sale.
