I would happily recomend CJ Hole. I recently sold my late parents house using CJ Hole. I was provided with feedback details of all viewer and the property was sold STC after less than 2 weeks. It was an empty house for first time buyers. Unfortunately the buyers made a particularly poor choice of conveyancers which had an impact on how quickly things proceeded. CJ Hole kept in constant contact with both me and my solicitors regarding these shortcoming by the buyers conveyancers. They kept chasing the buyers leagal advisors and got things completed. David was the first team member I met, he impressed me immediately, he was polite, knowledgable, calm and without any "slick rick" sales patter.
