Was shown round a property by Olivia on Saturday morning. Although we didn't go for the property, the experience we had being shown round by Olivia was wonderful. Her locally-driven knowledge of the area, and earnest understanding of the intricacies of buying a place really helped us on the day. I look forward to being shown more properties by Olivia, and hopefully finding a new home with Ralph James in the future!
