I would strongly recommend Jackson-Stops. They have a very professional yet warm & friendly approach, they work well with all the various stakeholders including the solicitors, and generally make the whole process quite pain-free. They were very helpful in both the Sale of our old house and also in the purchase of the new house. In particular, I would single out Chris Fairclough, who went above and beyond on several occasions. We had an issue with the first part of the chain, which had a knock-on effect on the potential sale of our house, and Chris played a very hands-on role throughout a very stressful timeframe. Everything went smoothly on completion day.
