Choosing JS was the wisest move we ever made! It obviously matters to them to get a positive outcome for their clients. The whole team were excellent but Lucy, and Darrell in particular, went beyond the call of duty with good humour, positivity and resourcefulness, which made things so easy. We're really grateful and glad we chose them. The number of sold boards here in Newdigate is also testament to their knowledge and professionalism. All the team at JS Dorking were very professional and caring during a protracted sale and purchase of our lovely new forever home in Dorking. Although we had the added problems of Covid restrictions and the closing end date of the stamp duty holiday, the team guided us through this time to reach our goal. Although we have no intention of moving again for quite a few years we wouldn't hesitate to employ them again or recommend them.

Exceptionally effective at getting me the best price in selling a property despite a very tight time frame. They did a great job at organising viewings and when there was so much interest adjusted the plan to sealed bids. Most satisfying of all, they were so good to get hold of when I needed to contact them: phoning back with no delay - friendly and very professional.

The team at JS, in our case Chris and Darrell, handled a sensitive probate situation carefully and professionally from our first meetings. They were always engaged without being invasive. We secured a price within 2% or so of what we all concluded the true value to be. JS dealt with more tricky price discussions to a sensible compromise. Advice was available on anything at every point. Our solicitor described the team as very polite and proficient. A very well handled Sale.
