Brilliant communications and more than we expected.

We first contacted Dickinson Bowden about our new home and, because we were coming rather a distance to view, they wanted to be sure we knew about potential major issues, which was good. We knew there wasn't going to be something nasty to put us off when we got here. Lucy saw us first to show us around. We decided to buy immediately but waited a few days to be sure. The next time we saw the property Joel. showed us around. Joel was our main contact throughout the purchase. I have to say that the company that we used to sell our old house were excellent. I thought their communication was spot on. Joel, however, was a notch above them. He rang regularly to be sure we knew what was going on. He made brilliant efforts to find out silly details for me from the vendor (such as what type of locks were on windows and doors and measurements that I'd got wrong when I went to measure up). If I were buying or selling in this area again I'd use Dickinson Bowden without hesitation. They're really good.
