Rhiane has been absolutely amazing in helping us sell our home. She answers all of our questions at the drop of the hat and is always on hand. She’s a natural at her job. I will genuinely miss the group chat when our house sells. She’s so friendly and it feels like we’ve known her years everything feels so relaxed when she comes round to our home. Very easy to deal with. Professional and Cherylin in particular was super helpful. We had been given notice from our landlords they were selling their property and we needed to find a new home quickly and Cherylin from the first phone call we made to discuss the house we now rent was amazing and understood the pace we were looking to work at. She helped with us obtain the keys earlier than usual and arrange our move in dates. She kept us up to date and informed of everything along the way. I recently transferred my entire Doncaster rental portfolio to the team at Moss Properties and, so far, I've been very pleased with the service I've received. I've been really impressed with the professionalism of the team in dealing with me, the previous letting agents and my tenants.
