Me and my husband have recently sold and bought a house with moss and our agents were Rhiane and Fran. From the minute we signed up to sell with them we were put in a chat which they were both highly responsive in throughout the whole process with daily contact (minus their working hours and even then sometimes they would go above and beyond to respond even this though is mot expected) answering all the questions we had, keeping us informed with viewings and the process that comes along with selling. They were quick to get us a viewing and an offer, all within around 7 days of putting it on the market, they knew exactly who to contact and we sold the house after only two viewings. There were many bumps in the road. No fault of rhiane or frans but extenuating circumstances with the buyers which delayed the process slightly and meant there were various avenues to go down to ensure this sale went ahead, but through it all Fran and rhiane went all out doing their best and going above and beyond to make sure we were up to date, informed and that all avenues were pushed to make this process as quick as possible. We were on a very very tight schedule to get this sorted and despite it all, we met our deadline and that wouldn’t have been possible without these two ladies. I defiantly wasn’t the easiest client to work with, very pregnant and hormonal Alongside the stress that comes along with selling a house as it is, they absolutely smashed keeping me in check with respect and understanding. I would highly highly recommend these ladies and thank you so much for everything you did for us!!
